Important Reminders!
Updated: Sep 30
· HOA Notices: Please Forward to Us Immediately
It is extremely important that you forward any notices or updates you receive from your HOA to our team. Please don't assume that we have received the same communication. HOA projects can significantly impact a guest's stay. Once we receive notice, our team may need to notify upcoming guests, block dates, update the online listing, or take other steps depending on the scope of the work. Few things create more guest dissatisfaction than arriving for vacation and discovering unexpected construction, significant noise, closed amenities, or an unavailable balcony. The sooner we know, the better we can communicate with guests and protect both their experience and your property.
· Deep Cleans & Property Evaluations
Our annual deep cleans and comprehensive property evaluations are underway. We schedule these during vacancy periods whenever possible to avoid disrupting guest stays.
Once your property's evaluation is complete, please watch for an email from our Owner Services team outlining our findings, along with any maintenance recommendations or suggested improvements.
· Preventative Maintenance Program
You should have received information from Kathy earlier this month about our Preventative Maintenance Program. Unless you opted out, we automatically included your property. The program allows us to proactively address routine maintenance items before they become larger, more costly repairs, helping protect both your investment and the guest experience.
· Planning Property Updates?
If you're considering renovations, furniture replacements, décor updates or other improvements this fall or winter, please let us know as soon as possible. Knowing your plans helps us better evaluate your property, avoid recommending work that is already scheduled, and offer additional suggestions that may improve your property's appeal and performance.
· ACTION REQUIRED: Owner Stays & Blocked Dates
As you plan for fall and winter, please review your property's calendar and make sure you've entered all owner stays and blocked dates. Once a guest reservation is confirmed, those dates are no longer available for owner use. We cannot cancel or modify an existing guest reservation to accommodate an owner stay. Keeping your calendar current helps prevent scheduling conflicts, financial penalties, and negative impacts to your property's performance. If you need assistance blocking dates, our Owner Services team is happy to help.
