GULF SHORES SURF & RACQUET CLUB: Per Dustin: out of 179 units, there was moisture detected in 178 of them. There are over 100 crew members working on-site. Owners can see updates on the GSSRC Facebook page. They are on the generator now but are preparing to switch to power soon. Association is handling all dry out.

MUSTIQUE: Per Nathan: Building had power but it has gone off again. They have water but the pumps are not working due to no power so the pressure is non-existent. Servepro is on-site and they have inspected each unit and will do all dry-out and flooring removal (if needed). The second-floor area is damaged so the fitness center is not available. Damage to the pool, hot tub, and boat pier area as well.

THE BREAKERS: Per Donny Baxter, Board President: Hello Breaker's Owners, I am happy to report that electric power, water, TV cable and internet are all working at the Breakers. You will need to bring your hurricane stickers for entrance into the area. Tom is doing a good job restoring the site. The elevator is working and rooftop AC units are being inspected today, 9/22/2020.
